The former Lake National Bank building in the heart of downtown Painesville, has been redeveloped into state-of-the-art apartments specifically for Lake Erie College students.

The Tower is managed by Renew Partners LLC, a real estate development and management company based in Northeast Ohio with a specialty in repurposing historic buildings into iconic residential and commercial space.
