The Tower was developed through a unique partnership between Renew Partners, Lake Erie College, and the City of Painesville to provide high-quality, exclusively student-focused housing. While it primarily Lake Erie College students, we offer a limited-time summer opportunity for non-LEC students participating in internships in the area.
